Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled before 60 days of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If confirmed reservations are canceled within 60 days of arrival, the Property Manager will attempt to re-book the unit. If the unit is re-booked at the same rate, 95% of the total funds will be refunded. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund will be issued.
Deposit Policy
An accidental damage protection fee (non-refundable) and a signed rental agreement is required to confirm the reservation.

"Great condo unit-close to the beach"
Great location of the condo. You can walk to a few shops for souvenirs or walk to Pompano Joe's for a quick cocktail. Preparing to arrive instructions were fantastic. They included a list of places to eat, shop, activities, etc. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The beach is literally right across the street. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone heading to the beach.

We(2 Adults and 3 Teens) enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Loved morning coffee on the patio, walks on Scenic 98, days at the beach, and watching the kids in the pool. The location of the condo is perfect, we walked to Bad-ass Coffee, Pompano Joe's and made short drives to shopping, golf, Hog's Breath BBQ, McGuires Irish Pub, The Harbor Walk and parasailing. Michelle and Marsha were super nice and easy to work with. Thank you and we will back!
