Policies
Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled before 60 days of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If confirmed reservations are canceled within 60 days of arrival, the Property Manager will attempt to re-book the unit. If the unit is re-booked at the same rate, 95% of the total funds will be refunded. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund will be issued.
Deposit Policy
An accidental damage protection fee (non-refundable) and a signed rental agreement is required to confirm the reservation.

"Amazing Location with wonderful views of the dolphins"
Surfside 1007 was a perfect vacation for our family. We have been visiting Destin for 4 years now and love Surfside. Marsha was wonderful to work with. Our family loved the Ocean View, heated pool with 2 hot tubs and daily beach service. The guests at the Surfside are always so pleasant, it truly is a home away from home. We loved seeing the dolphins in the ocean and playing tennis on the tennis courts. Everything was just perfect, including the weather sunny and 80 degrees in April- everyday. Surfside 1007 has enough room for our entire family to not feel crowded and boxed in. We love the room out on the patio, you feel like you are the only family vacationing. Miramar Beach is such a wonderful, beautiful ocean side town.
