This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit has a full kitchen, equipped with all of the cookware and appliances needed to create great meals during your stay. All of the rooms in this condo have access to the huge balcony that runs the length of the condo! The master features a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, large walk in closet, and balcony access with awesome views of the Gulf. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, ocean views, wall mounted flat screen tv, and balcony access. The 2nd bathroom has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room's new leather queen sized sleeper sofa allows additional sleeping accommodations for 2 more guests.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled before 60 days of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If confirmed reservations are canceled within 60 days of arrival, the Property Manager will attempt to re-book the unit. If the unit is re-booked at the same rate, 95% of the total funds will be refunded. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund will be issued.
Deposit Policy
An accidental damage protection fee (non-refundable) and a signed rental agreement is required to confirm the reservation.
