The resort sits on the sand and is in the heart of Destin! Situated near great shopping, restaurants, and Destin's harbor you can access all that makes Destin a favorite beach get-away! * Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee for rentals).
Note: There will be construction on site until late May 2024. Due to this, there may be intermittent noise at times during the day. This work will be on each side of the building (our unit is toward the middle and it will not affect our unit). It will entail repairs to the trash shoots on each end of the complex, upgrading windows and doors, and fresh paint. The outdoor pool will remain closed during this time but the indoor pool will be open as will the outdoor hot tub and splash pad.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled before 60 days of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If confirmed reservations are canceled within 60 days of arrival, the Property Manager will attempt to re-book the unit. If the unit is re-booked at the same rate, 95% of the total funds will be refunded. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund will be issued.
Deposit Policy
An accidental damage protection fee (non-refundable) and a signed rental agreement is required to confirm the reservation.
