This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Surfside Resort has awesome views of the emerald green water. We have a very open floor plan with a huge balcony that runs the length of the condo and has access from each room.
Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
As of 2/21/23, all new memory foam mattresses and box springs in each room!

All rooms, except the 3rd bedroom lockout open onto a 28 foot balcony. The 3rd bedroom opens onto private 14ft. balcony. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing.
The huge master bedroom features a new king-size premium memory foam mattress, TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a new king-size premium memory foam mattress, large flat screen tv, and full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 new queen memory foam beds, TV, large closet, private full bath, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.
The living room has a large smart TV and great views of the ocean. The dining room has seating for six.
The kitchen is well appointed with updated appliances and countertops.
We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Destin's most popular theme parks, and seven of Destin's most popular golf courses are within 4 minutes. Surfside is adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, very close to Silver Shells Designer Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, Cinemas, and many wonderful restaurants & Winn Dixie. Rent boats (pontoon, or motorboats or jet skis) beach front and/or nearby. Bikes and scooters also available close by.

Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled before 60 days of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If confirmed reservations are canceled within 60 days of arrival, the Property Manager will attempt to re-book the unit. If the unit is re-booked at the same rate, 95% of the total funds will be refunded. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, no refund will be issued.
Deposit Policy
An accidental damage protection fee (non-refundable) and a signed rental agreement is required to confirm the reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

"The condo is everything it is advertised to be."
The condo was perfect. Great location, great view, and the accommodations were top notch. We have stayed in Destin before, but this was the best experience that we have had. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again. The master suite was huge and the other bedrooms were perfect for our grown and teenage children.
